GST 5% sall be applicable to leasedline equipment/s, packages & any other related charges such as shifting & installation.

To avail the Postpaid Leased Line service, a minimum total bandwidth of 20 Mbps is required. This total may include the combined bandwidth of your head office and all branch offices; however, the minimum bandwidth subscribed for each individual connection should be 5 Mbps. Once the aggregated bandwidth reaches 20 Mbps, you will become eligible for the Postpaid Leased Line service. Billing will be managed centrally through a single account.

Each unlimited Base Pack is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

No grace period is provided for prepaid lease-line services, unlike prepaid mobile.

Service will auto-terminate if no recharge is made for more than 3 months.

For reconnection, customer shall visit BTL counter and the customer must apply for a new registration (same as applying for a new connection).

No reversal or refund shall be applicable for prepaid leasedline.

IP address charges are not applicable for prepaid leasedline customers.

An installation or shifting charge of Nu. 2,500 shall apply for all prepaid leasedline connections.

An installation or shifting charge of Nu. 2,500 shall apply for all postpaid lease-line connections.

Nu. 285/Mbps shall be applicable to all customers with more than 100Mbps. However, for centralized billing, rates for individual customers shall be applicable
