BTL Fixedline International Subscriber Dialing (ISD) Services Notice

This is to notify our valued customers that as a part of our ongoing efforts to protect our customers from fraudulent international calling activities and unexpected charges, and in accordance with management directives, International Subscribers Dialing (ISD) services are being disabled for all fixed-line customers as a precautionary measure.

This communication is being shared with all concerned customers for your information.

Should you wish to proceed with the activation of ISD services, we kindly request you to provide a formal written confirmation accepting full responsibility for any risk, misuse or liabilities that might come arise from enabling this facility.

The written confirmation may be sent to bia@bt.bt following which we will review and process your request accordingly

Additionally, we strongly recommend ensuring that your internal telephone systems, PBX equipment, and related network infrastructure are adequately secured and monitored before requesting ISD activation in order to prevent any potential unauthorized access, fraudulent usage, and potential bill shocks.

Please note that this measure has been implemented in the interest of customer protection and in accordance with management directives, and we are obliged to proceed accordingly. Without the formal acceptance of responsibility from your end, we will not be in position to assist further with activation request.
