Please ensure that the fields marked in asterisk(*) are filled,ticked or chosen.

* If the customer/s wants to send SMS to entire B-Mobile subscribers, a charge of Nu.30,000 shall apply

* Payment must be made along with subscription form either in cash or cheque in the name of Bhutan Telecom

* SMS content must not exceed 160 characters including spaces

* The minimum basic slab of Nu.1000 shall apply for SMS up to 5000. Additional charge is applicable if the SMS count exceeds

* Customized list (provide the list in excel format – make sure the list includes only B-Mobile numbers and are in one column)

* To ensure a respectful customer experience, SMS are not dispatched after 8 PM

* Bhutan Telecom shall not be held liable for any issues arising out of broadcasting the SMS as mentioned above

* Must follow code of conduct laid down by BICMA while framing the SMS content and sending SMS
