Option 1: 26th Feb: Delhi- Barcelona (arrival in Barcelona on 26th Feb before 5 pm)
3rd March: Barcelona- Delhi (arrival in Delhi on 3rd March 2023 before 4 pm)
Option 2: 26th Feb: Bangkok- Barcelona (arrival in Barcelona on 26th Feb before 5 pm)
3rd March: Barcelona- Bangkok (arrival in Bangkok on 3rd March 2023 before 4 pm)
Submit your sealed quotes to the HR section latest by 23rd Jan 2023 before 12pm.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Submit your quotes for the shortest route.
2. Do not quote for budget airlines.
3. The departure should not be after 18:00.
4. A copy of trade license and Itinerary along with the quote is mandatory.
5. The booking should be valid at least a day from the day of submission of the bid.
6. If the lowest bidder fails to issue the tickets as per the quoted rate, the purchase shall be made from the next lowest bidder and the airfare difference should be borne by the defaulter. If the defaulter do not agree to this condition, BT reserves the right not to entertain the agent to participate in future tenders.
