E-Load

eLOAD(electronic recharge) is a paper-less recharge facility. e-LOAD is environment friendly, customer friendly and risk free. It will enable distributors, dealers and retailers to sell recharge talk-time directly from handset via SMS. This ensures our customer with the flexibility of recharging their account with any amount starting from as low as Nu. 5 and secure recharge transaction with SMS notification confirming the transaction to both the parties (sender & receiver). It can be used by our prepaid customers.

SUBSCRIBER TO SUBSCRIBER ELOAD TRANSFER

1. Using this facility, customers can transfer their balance to another customer.

2. The amount possible for such a transaction is from NU 5 to NU 500. A fee of NU 5 will be deducted for every transfer.

3. A Minimum balance of NU 10 is required in a customer’s account to do a customer to customer eLOAD transaction.

4. One Day Validity will be given if the customer does not have existing validity from previous recharges.

5. Dial *170#  or Call 123 to check the account and validity period after the transfer.

PROCEDURE FOR ELOAD SUBSCRIBER TO SUBSCRIBER TRANSFER

REGISTRATION PROCESS (Mandatory)

STEP 1: type Reg <SPACE> <mobile no> send to 158

A confirmation mgs will come>> that generate password.

CHANGE PASSWORD

STEP 1: Dial *127# (for user menu)

STEP 2: select/enter/answer/press 2 [send]

STEP 3: Enter old password [password generated by system]

STEP 4: Enter new password [desirable password eg. 1324]

STEP 5: select/enter/answer/press 1 to confirm.

You will receive a confirmation mgs.

TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PREPAID NO.

STEP 1: Dial *127# (for user menu)

STEP 2: select/enter/answer/press 1 [send]

STEP 3: Enter MOBILE NO which you want to transfer

STEP 4: Enter AMOUNT [eg.10]

STEP 5: Enter your password [new password]

STEP 5: select/enter/answer/press 1 to confirm.

Both sender and receiver will receive a confirmation mgs.

B-Wallet

Bhutan Telecom has partnered with Bhutan National Bank, Bank of Bhutan and BDBL for easy and remote recharge of any B-Mobile prepaid numbers by using the customer’s bank account and fund transfer within the Bank’s account.

REQUIREMENTS TO AVAIL THE SERVICE
1. Should have a bank account with the BNB/BOB or BDBL
2. Should have a B-Mobile connection (postpaid or prepaid)

BT prepaid Top-Up: B-Mobile users can top-up any prepaid number via their mobile handset by using the BNB account directly
BNB Fund Transfer: B-Wallet users can transfer money from one account to another within BNB accounts
B-Wallet Broadband Bill Pay: All prepaid and postpaid broadband subscribers can now pay their bills through B-Wallet.
B-Wallet Landline Bill Payment: Landline bills can be paid via B-Wallet
BPC Bill Payment : B-Wallet users can pay their BPC bills through B-Wallet.

After registration dial *111# to use the service. B-Wallet can be availed through My BT app as well.

2. Existing B-Wallet users can subscribe to broadband bill pay by typing your broadband User ID and sending it to 7575
3. To use B-Wallet service, dial *111# and choose the “Bill Pay” Option
4. Complete the process of paying the broadband bill

1. New users can subscribe for B-Wallet service by filling up a B-Wallet form and submitting it at any of the BT counters. To pay fixed line bills through B-Wallet,chose the option for fixed line bill pay in the form
2. Existing B-Wallet users can subscribe to fixed line bill pay by typing your fixed line number and sending it to 7575
3. To use B-Wallet service, dial *111# and choose the “Bill Pay” Option
4. Complete the process of paying the fixed line bill

B-WALLET BPC BILL PAYMENT (BNB AND BOB ONLY)
1. BNB and BOB B-Wallet account holders are automatically registered for BPC Bill Payment through B-Wallet.
2. To use B-Wallet service, dial *111# and choose the “Bill Pay” Option
3. Complete the process of paying the BPC bill

B Ngul

B-Ngul- It’s more than a wallet!

B-Ngul is a mobile financial solution which can be accessed through My BT app or through a USSD code by dialing *111# or *555#.  The service which is mainly intended for those who do not have a bank account, to enable them to carry out financial transactions easily just by using their mobile phones.

Any customer who has a B-mobile number can register for the service. Registration can be done by filling out a form, which is available for download in the Download Section or you can get a copy from our counters. Forms can be submitted at any of our counters. You can also register for B-Ngul ONLINE through the link: https://www.vas.bt

  • Prepaid top up for mobile and broadband.
  • Fund transfer within B-Ngul account holders and from B-Ngul account holders to others.
  • Bill payment for all BT Postpaid services – Mobile, Broadband & Fixed line.

B-Trowa offers various exciting contents with minimal subscription fee however, BBS Channel 1,2 and radio are free of cost.
We have two categories of Contents

B Tunes

Turn off the regular ‘tring tring’ caller ring back tune and turn on your favorite songs for your friends to listen when they call you.

You can activate you service through SMS/IVR or Btunes Portal.

SUBSCRIBING TO MULTI-TONES
Send EMT to 5050
(EMT=Enable Multi tone)
(With EMT feature a Btunes user will be able to purchase 5 tones of any category(Dzongkha,English. etc).  If the user tries to add the 6th tone, the system will send error message of limit exceeded. The user will have to delete one of the existing tone and add the new one.)

How to view the list of tones tone Purchased:
Send BTUNES VIEW to 5050.
( A SMS will display all the purchased tones)

How to delete a tone:
Send DELRBT to 5050

How to disable multi tone feature:
Send DMT to 5050
(DMT =disable multi tone)
When a Btunes user send DMT the user will fall back to the single tone user and the latest tone (out of five) will be set as the ring back tone and rest of the tones will be deleted.
