My BT is Bhutan Telecom’s self-care app where customers can do almost everything at a click from their mobile phones. My BT can be downloaded from app store for IOS and Google Play for android phones.

Paku- It’s more than a wallet!

Paku is a mobile financial solution which can be accessed through My BT aap or through a USSD code by dialing *111# or *555#.  The service which is mainly intended for those who do not have a bank account, to enable them to carry out financial transactions easily just by using their mobile phones.

Any customer who has a B-mobile number can register for the service. Registration can be done by filling out a form, which is available for download on our website or you can get a copy from our counters. Forms can be submitted at any of our counters.

Paku has following features as of now:

  • Prepaid top up for mobile and broadband.
  • Fund transfer within Paku account holders and from Paku account holders to others.
  • Bill payment for all BT Postpaid services – Mobile, Broadband & Fixed line.
  • BPC Electricity bill payment.
  • Cash in and cash out – Cash deposit to Paku and cash out from Paku which can be done by visiting any of our BT counters or you can also transfer to and from your registered bank account.

  • Convenient to recharge anytime and anywhere, wherever there is a mobile service coverage.

We have plans to include more features in the future such as merchant payment – where customers can do shopping as well as other utility bill payment options.
