- Check APN settings on your phone (Settings ->mobile networks ->Access point names and make sure it reads: Name -B-Mobile and APN –internet. Rest of the information can be ignored.
- If you are still not able to get the connection, please call our contact centre at 1600 (toll free) and clearly state your issue.
