Terms of Reference for Associate Human Resource Officer

  1. Position: Associate Human Resource Officer
  2. Report to: Sr. Manager, Human Resource Section
  3. No. of position: 1
  4. Major Job Responsibilities
  • Take up PMS tasks as PMS Focal Person
  • Look after Recruitment and Selection
  • Put up notes for all HR related tasks
  • Assist HRD focal person and Manager in Training related tasks
  • Edit and look for necessary corrections of the notes and other documents put up by HR colleagues before submission to Management.
  • Draft and frame all relevant HR policies.
  • Host and coordinate HR events as coordinator and MC as and when required.
  • Check for errors in Employee Compensation/Remuneration before disbursement by Accountants

 Education:

BA English (Preferably Hons) with minimum 60% in Class X, XII and 65% Degree

Terms of Reference for Associate Revenue Officer

  1. Position: Associate Revenue Officer
  2. Report to: Regional Director, WR
  3. No. of position: 1
  4. Major Job Responsibilities
  • Overall technical monitoring of the revenue collections of the PCs.
  • Verification of trading goods between physical and SAP of the PCs.
  • Verification and reconciliation of Monthly Revenue report prepared by the SRs of the PCs.
  • Reconciliation of the following GLs in SAP with BSCS system and stocks issued from SAP of the PCs:
  • i) Sundry Debtors GL-for bill collections
  • ii) Cash GL-revenue collections
  • iii) Bank GL-for bank deposit
  • iv)TDS GL-for TDS of Distributors
  • Post the fund transfer in SAP as per the bank statement of all the PCs.
  • Prepare the Revenue Bank Reconciliation Statement in SAP for all the PCs under WR.
  • Revenue Forecast for the WR.
  • Clearing of TDS GL in SAP of the 5PCs under WR after reconciliation.
  • Raising of Pole sharing invoices in SAP of all the customers under the 5PCs.
  • Preparation of Pole sharing revenue collections report for submission to the Rengional Director.
  • Verification of payment vouchers prepared by accountants and approved by the Regional Director.
  • Signing of cheques for payment as per the vouchers approved by the Regional Director.
  • Submission of consolidated Quarterly PID reports generated and completed by the PCs and submit to the manager, Inventory Section of Corporate Services Division.
  • Preparation and submission of consolidated Distributors sales report and the overall revenue collection report to the Regional Director.
  • Visit the PCs as and when required for monitoring of revenue and trading goods.
  • Reversal of receipts in BSCS system and SAP system as per the e-mail from the Sales Representatives.
  • Attend Audits- Royal Audit Authority and Internal audit: furnishing audit replies and settlement of audit memos.
  • Setting of yearly goals i.e. PMS target, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Maintain proper inventory with proper asset code.
  • Any other job/task assigned by the supervisor in the best interest of the company.

 Terms of Reference for Associate Marketing Officer

  1. Position: Associate Marketing Officer
  2. Report to: Manager (Sales and Distribution), Marketing Division
  3. No. of position: 1
  4. Major Job Responsibilities
  • Study the current areas of weaknesses and strengths prevalent in the Region in terms of marketing and discuss the findings with the respective Regional Directors with information to the Marketing Division.
  • Keep close watch on the offers introduced by the company and educate all our staff within the Region on these services with greater focus on the front end customer care staff.
  • Inform and educate the customers on new services when launched and as and when required.
  • Collect sales data of all the consumable items from exchanges and study the trend and come up with new ways to improve their uptake and sales.
  • Maintain and develop good working relationships with existing customers as well as prospective ones.
  • Act as a bridge between the company and customers in terms of studying customer requirements and recommend possible solutions.
  • Provide all necessary information to head office pertaining to any issue or feedback in their respective Regions for necessary follow up and support.
  • Attend to customer queries/requests and work towards resolving them.
  • Plan promotional campaigns within the Region targeted towards additional revenue generation as and when required.
  • Visit targeted markets with company’s offers.
  • Provide constant feedback to the marketing head office and Regional Director on the needs of the customers.
  • Make optimum use of local channel and other available media for improving brand image of the company as well as for advertisement and promotions of BT services.
  • Identify and capture potential rural markets in the Region.
  • Carry out sales task and promote various services through campaigns, field visits, sales promotion and personal selling.
  • Carry out various market surveys for launch of new services or know the demand for existing services, etc. and discuss with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor the moves of the competitor(s) in the Region and come up with suitable recommendations and strategies to combat those.
  • Analyze market statistics gathered and determine market potential and monitor customers’ preferences.
  • Evaluate and support BT’s Channel Partners (Distributors and Dealers) on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business and conduct regular meetings (once every quarter) with the Distributors.
  • Provide Marketing and customer care training to BT staff and other staff in the region with special focus to customer facing employees.
  • Any other job/task assigned by the supervisor in the best interest of the company.

Education:

BBA/BCom (Major in Marketing) with minimum 60% in Class X, XII and 65% Degree

 Terms of Reference for Technical Officer (Civil)

  1. Position: Technical Officer
  2. Report to: Regional Director, WR
  3. No. of position: 1
  4. Major Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare site plans, estimates and drawings if required for any civil work that needs to be executed in the region.
  • Proper monitoring and ensuring quality of all civil construction works.
  • Propose timely maintenance of all infrastructure (buildings, walls, fencing etc.) belonging to the company.
  • Proper verification of bills based on measurements for completed works and submission to HQ for processing payment.
  • Process for land acquisition required by the company to develop infrastructure and follow up for necessary clearances.
  • Site visits whenever required to ensure construction quality is maintained.
  • Prepare the annual operational budget– OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Any other job assigned by immediate traveling officer/manager/RD in the interest of the company.

Education:

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% in Class X, XII and Diploma

Terms of Reference for ESP

  1. Position: ESP (Tamala)
  2. Reports to: InCharge, Tingtibi (CR)
  3. No. of Position: 1
  4. Major Job Responsibilities
  • Cleaning the office and its surroundings.
  • Cleaning office equipment.
  • Grass cutting of office surrounding and nearby stations.
  • Putting ON and OFF of office and surrounding lightings.
  • Ensuring the safety of the office compound and properties.
  • Any other jobs assigned by the immediate supervisor or other officers in the interest the corporation.

Terms of Reference for Security Guard (ESP)

  1. Position: Security Guard (ESP)
  2. Report to: Manager, Gelephu, CR
  3. No. of position: 1
  4. Major Job Responsibilities
  • Security Guard should reach the place of duty 5 minutes before the start of duty time.
  • Security Guard should do their duty professionally.
  • At duty place Security Guard should not indulge in their personal works.
  • Must be able to act promptly in any emergency situations. The Security Guard must act as per the instructions.
  • All the visitors, bags, mail, incoming materials must be checked.
  • Should not be intoxicated with alcohol/any types of drugs while on duty and non-compliance would invite severe disciplinary action.
  • Ensure that unauthorized vehicles do not enter the premises without prior permission from the concerned authority. Even if they are permitted, ensure they are not left unattended.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor in the best interest of the Company.

 Qualification/Skills:

Ex-Armed Force Personnel or Certified/Trained Security Personnel within the Age Range of 18-45 years
